1. A 60 years old male attends the surgery outpatient department with complaints of loss of appetite, loss of weight, and early satiety of two months duration.  Answer the following:

  • What is the most probable diagnosis.       
  • What are the investigations done to diagnose this disease.        
  • What are the investigations done to stage the disease. 
  • What is the role of surgery in treating this patient.           (1+1+1+2=5)
